  • Leadership Southwest Class of 2022 will proudly present the 1st inaugural “Leveraging Human Capital” Leadership Conference at the University of North Texas-Dallas campus on December 7th, 2022 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. UNT Dallas located at 7300 University Hills Blvd.


    Registration for the conference is $125 with early bird registration of $100 before November 1st, 2022. Participants will enhance their leadership capabilities through networking and building relationships, receiving tools and creative solutions to be successful, and interacting with passionate and influential change makers who are leaving a legacy in the Best Southwest.     Leadership Southwest’s mission is to connect people and prepare them as leaders to shape the future of Southwest Dallas County. We do this by giving civic-minded people a vehicle for their community-oriented energies and providing access to community leaders and policy makers over the course of nine months. Leadership Southwest is a cooperative effort sponsored by the Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville and Lancaster Chambers of Commerce. Founded in 1985 with 23 participants Leadership Southwest is in its 33rd year of developing leaders and has graduated over 1,100 participants.
